Ideal candidate will:

  • Be responsible for managing customer interaction (telephonically – our customers don’t come on site) and diligently troubleshoot issues in a multi-tasking environment
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communications skills – be able to successfully communicate both externally with customers and also internally with company team members
  • Work with a high energy level and enthusiasm
  • Have Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems.
  • Have a bachelor’s degree
  • Experience in customer service is a plus, positive approach and interpersonal & communications skills is far more critical.
