HR Manager, Danbury, CT, $90-100k plus bonus: Our client is a publicly traded manufacturing company in need of a HR person with good excel skills to assist with executive compensation and talent acquisition. This role will support the VP of Human Resources and interface with the highest levels of senior executive management. Qualified candidates will have 6 – 10 years related experience.
Compensation Analyst, Fairfield County, $80-100k plus bonus: Major financial services client seeks a degreed professional with 3 plus years of financial/analytical experience. Role will support compensation team and provide analytical research. Ideal candidate will have very strong computer skills (Excel, Access, SharePoint are preferred) and should be able to quickly pick up new applications. Strong communication skills and the ability to present to senior level executives are a must for success in this role.
