PEOPLESOFT BUSINESS LEAD ANALYST
WEST LOS ANGELES   - Will Relocate

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 5 years PeopleSoft experience required
• PeopleSoft implementation and upgrade experience required
• 2 years Supply Chain applications
• PeopleSoft Financials a plus
• Coordinate all phases of software development lifecycle with project team.
• Conduct monthly customer meetings to provide updates pertaining to system and/or customer requests, such as  development projects, training, questions and overall service
• Self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving skills who is willing to take ownership of issues and see them through to resolution with little or   no supervision
• Must be US Citizen or Green Card Holder

OPPORTUNITIES

• Will work on development projects, not production support
• Will learn and work on PO, ePro and EDI projects
• Ability to lead small projects and deliver small projects under a deadline
• Run small to medium size projects from requirement gathering through project close out
• Identify key process and system issues
• Key functional resource for gathering of requirements, offer solutions, and coordinate all phases of software development lifecycle with project team.
• Conduct monthly customer meetings to provide updates pertaining to system and/or customer requests, such as * development projects, training, questions and overall service
• Must have a broad understanding of the interdependencies of the modules
• Mentor other staff
